Description

I love designing SSTOs balancing aesthetics and functionalities, resulting in some really interesting design. You can try them, but beware some of them will require some crazy pilot skills !

Keep calm and fly safe ;)

Also : please credit me if you want to use them in a video or something :)

Amazing! I hope they fly as well as they look.

Depends on which one :P

Payloads seem a bit low so they must be pleasure craft!

Well, they all have a good crew capacity, have a docking port, and you can always replace these parts with cargo bays.

  • The Aquila can bring 12 Kerbals plus a 5 to long Cargo (some space station part), which seems really good to me !
  • The Evie, is some sort of pleasure craft, she's way too hard to handle. But bringing 12 kerbals in orbit is cool and she looks cool... Yeah pleasure craft for that one.
  • Concerning the Cory B, I have an alternate version, the Cory C, which has a cargo bay instead the crew modules.
  • The Merlin..? Naah I don't really like it I don't even know how he ended up here, he should be in a trash with a lot of other SSTOs....
  • What about the majestic Pandora ? She's beautiful, efficient, but maybe the cargo is not that heavy but it's enough for a space station part, isn't that the point of a shuttle ? Also she fly like a charm !
  • The Sagitarius, it's another of those really easy to fly craft, anybody can put this thing into orbit, 6 kerbals, a docking port and in Bonus a small cargo bay, useful to bring satellites into orbit !
  • And finally the Slykon, also really easy to handle and providing the biggest Mk-2 cargo bay you can get, since she's really efficient you can probably put a lot of things into it !

Evie and Merlin definitely are my favorite ones. Both very interesting designs. Sagitarius also has a very clean design. I'm always surprised by the different designs people come up with when designing things in KSP. My stuff are always very bland and rarely work. I think I need to start thinking outside the box...

I want to see the underside of the Evie. I imagine there might be enough room to place a third hull down there, maybe with cargo bays?

Sadly no, there's not enough place for anything bigger than 0.625m pats... You can always download it and check for yourself ;)

Thank you, I don't like that much the Merlin, a lot of my SSTOs design ended up in the trash, this one was on the edge of getting destroyed, but I'm happy you like it ! Yeah the Sagitarius is some sort of Mk-2 Concorde, its clean design makes him really easy to handle !
