Hyperedit style container can that launches big ships in orbit or big bases on the ground?

Can some one please make a mod that uses just the Hitchhicker storage module and make a Hyperedit config. That just sends out the space ships and bases you want with out worrying about recourses or making big rockets and multiple launches? And maybe balance the mod for the game. where it only lets you use the module for 5 times depends on how big the builds are then have to send a replacement Hitchhicker storage module back up?And maybe for ground bases on other planets plant a flag where you want to build bases and vehicles on the planet?Kinda like Extra planetary launch pads but way less tedious and recourse and mining intensive and less complex?I know there are Extra planetary launch pad simplified configs but they are way to much tedious.

How is that different than shipping up RocketParts? You don't have to mine anything with EPL, you can simply ship up RocketParts to your building platform.

Likewise with ground bases - land a survey station with enough rocket parts, plant a stake, and you're done.

Anyways, you can also check out Hangar, maybe that's closer to what you're looking for. It just lets you ship whole ships inside another container.
