How does Orb8Ter do it?

I've just been watching a YouTube tutorial by Orb8Ter on launching rockets. He's able to click on data panels containing sliders for thrust adjustment, etc. What I want to know is how he pulls them around the screen. I've tried this sort of thing but nothing moves on the screen. What's the key combination? I hope this is clear to someone.

You are talking about the Thrust Limiter I presume? The tweakable menu? I am unaware of a mod to pull them around the screen. There is a mod to keep them from shaking around on reentry. You should link a video and timestamp to show us what you mean.

Where is he dragging them around the screen? Unless you are talking about Kerbal Engineer?
