I have a problem where when I load a subassembly, it spawns into the VAB in two pieces, when it should be stacked. It acts like it's one part like a normal subassembly, but still, the probe core is 30m away from the rest of the body like it's been offset EXTREMELY. So why?

Also, I had an event yesterday with spontaneous heating and explosion of my parts at x4 warp? Calculation issues? Only happened once.

Lastly, KE seems to be buggin out. The numbers keep changing and I'm not doing anything! Halp?

The first issue is my main concern since I'm hosting a thread where I'm launching user submitted payload into space using my shuttle, but with the payloads broken. That's an issue.

I've had it on my other save which doesn't have any. Also I've removed then since (granted I haven't checked to see if the bug is fixed, but knowing it was CAUSED by the planets, then I'm pretty sure it'll still be a fault).

Did you check it on a install with no mods? If the bug does not appear, load one mod after the other an see when the bug starts to appear.

Thermal problems? try to remove the RealHeat mod, see the result, put back.. look the .cfg file.

See Kaboom and G-Effects too.

Copy the game to other folder, add one mod at time. if see the problem, remove the last mod... create other game folder, try only this "problematic" mod. Its ok, copy the other mods...

Repeat the process until you are sure what mod is giving problems.

Check the forum of this mod if there is someone with any tips, or try a different version ... not always the latest version is 100% compatible with other mods or even with ModuleManager.

The ModuleManager can also be the problem .. before version 2.6.8, my mods set only worked in harmony with the version 2.6.5.

It's hard work .. but worth it!

I've never had the problem, so it sounds like a mod problem. I would follow what the above posts say
