Light beam is I Firefox ad-on that tracks all web sights that are tracking you and put it into an interactive graph it show going somewhere like ksp has YouTube and some ads watching you but if you go to let's say Walmart.ca it has around 30 to 40 things tracking you (mainly for ads)

see for for yourself get it here (it free)

https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/lightbeam/

edit in a more human way of saying it it shows how little privacy you have and who keeps tabs on you

also how do you make it more human?

just go to google images and look up light beam for Firefox if you don't trust me

I've been using Lightbeam for about 6mos now.

It doesnt show much, because I use NoScript, Adblock Plus, Ghostery, Blur (formerly Do Not Track) and HTTPS Everywhere... :)

Plus i also use CCleaner every few days to clear my Firefox cache...Or right before and right after I do any online financial transactions...

Oh, and using Private Browsing in Firefox for those types of online activities helps too...

But its a great tool to see what MIGHT still be getting through...
