Just embarked on a major mission to rescue 3 stranded kerbonauts all orbiting the Mun. Spent a lot of time on the build, minimalist yet efficient and with sensible fuel reserves.

Launched the ship and it flies well, got into Munar orbit and just realised that I have a grand total of 00,000,001 funds left in the bank. This mission may well be my last!

May have to defect to the East if this mission goes awry.

why did you write 10,000,000 backwards and in a weird way? also ummm maybe just use the cheat mode to get extra cash and then when you have your overdraft covered you just get it back to 0?

Take other contracts for the advance, time limits are in years for most contracts so you have time to pay them back later

There's also the panic button strategy. Cannot remember what its called. Bailout or something. In the admin building. Ruins your rep and you have to turn in your bizjet, but cash is cash.

Serious answer to a not- serious question:

Take a satellite contract in the Kerbin SoI.

They'll front you more than enough money to build it and then reward you handsomely when it's done. Problem solved
