Any way to create a launch shroud in stock.

There is a stock LES but to my knowledge there is no way to create a shroud.

Fairings are perfect to make a shroud. In the pic below, fairings are shrouding the command pod, the fairings base (obviously reversed 180°) atop a decoupler and with the LES topping it. Proven to work.

Hmm, I never thought of that. Ven's Stock Revamp has one but to be honest I've always thought stock should have one too. This one has the advantage of being variable sized so you can fit anything underneath it, but it's just not as pretty as Vens (which you can still fit a fair amount underneath).
