KSP won't update or find updates

[Zosma Procyon]

I'm currently running version 1.0.2.842, and my launcher won't find any further updates. I tried unpacking the zip file patcher, and logged into it with my store account, but nothing happened. I just finished the research tree in my career mode, so I would really like to not have to reinstall again. I am not running on steam.

If you bought KSP from the Squad store you can download the current release in full from your store account and copy your saves over to it.
