Highest Launch Rate at a Launch Site?

What spaceport/launch site saw/is seeming the highest launch rate in history? I hear "missile row" at Canaveral Air Force Station was seeing a launch a month, during its "golden age". Despite knowing something about rocket history, I've not been able to find this fact on the Internet. Do we predict any current launch sites to see more use in the near future? Discuss!

Vandenburg put up 4 sats a month at times during the 60s heyday of film-return spysats, as did Plesestsk for Russia. Modern sats with much longer lifetimes means we're unlikely to see such rates again any time soon.

Almost certainly the Plesetsk or Baikonur Cosmodromes circa Andropov or late Brezhnev. (Total R-7 family launch rates broke 60/year around 1979-81)

Probably one of the V2 launch sites. May not have a per year value, but plenty launched in short succession should average out over a year to an impressive number.

The question was launch sites, both of your examples are mobile MLRS. A V2 is at least (admittedly on the short range end of the scale) a strategic missile which makes it far more suited to what the OP probably meant which was orbital launches.

To be clear I was referring to the permanent V2 bases, the ones attached to the production facilities, not the later truck mounted single launch versions.
