Time warp explodes or freezes ship

I have installed no new mods, and I don't think that I've updated KSP. Today, I a problem showed up that explodes the ship whenever I time-warp (Not physics warp, 5x or higher), the ship freezes. When I try burning engines, nothing moves and the velocity is static. However this is not as common, and the more common case is that my ship explodes. These are the following mods that I installed

Does your ship have an octagonal strut inside it?

No, I did not use octagonal struts. But the problem somehow disappeared later on. I do not know if it was because I had 5 smallest fuel tanks in career mode stacked on top of each other
