What is the red number? Or is it two numbers? And why is it on some lifting surfaces and not others? (So far I've only seen it on the FAT wing and this one)

it's commented out (the // is a comment). Probably an old value or an explanation of what 5.0 means

It's a note describing the wing area of the part. The deflectionLiftCoeff value is derived from area afaik, so this is just "showing their work" of the calculated value.
