Yeah it's more of a video than a movie but they didn't have that option for the thread. There's really a lot going on in this one - you need to watch it more than once to get everything. The visuals, the commentary and the lyrics and tempo of the song; I tried to match the story of the missions to the lyrics but it was really tough to get the timing right. This is only the third video that I've edited so I'm still working on getting it down, and it's still a bit rough around the edges.

I also had that whole space pirate theme going on but missed an opportunity to put up the Jolly Roger when I planted the flag on Minmus (Doh!). Too late for this video, but maybe the next one.

In any case I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I'm so glad everyone is enjoying the video, I wasn't sure how it would go over. Looking at it again there are so many details in the movie that just came together nicely, I'm not sure how I'll be able to top it. The one thing that I can say is that it really captures the essence of playing the game for me with flying and landing on moons completing missions and a story line going on in my head with the impact of the music adding excitement to the adventure. But there's plenty more spacecraft to fly and moons to explore so I've already started on the next one.
