(Help) Cannot Launch the Rocket (Stuck in Hanger)

CPU : i5-6500

RAM : 8 GB

VGA : nVidia GTX 970

What happen in my game ?

When I build a rocket in hanger I will cannot launch but I can launch when select stock rocket at launchpad

Is the launch button clickable but does nothing? For that matter do any of the other buttons work?

I cannot add any part after click Launch.

If exit the game I must use "Alt+f4"
