crashing alot

I keep having issues where I get to the loading screen then crash to desktop. This is a brand new pc build, and I am struggling to find a solution. I have ran a memtest, uninstalled/ reinstalled ksp. Checked ksp files, and reset ram. the errors are like:

Eventviewer is reporting this as an application hang.

My system specs:

Windows 10 pro x64

i7-4790k 4.00ghz

16 gb corsair vengeance pro ram

amd r9 390 8gb gpu

gigabyte z97x gaming 7 motherboard

I am out of ideas, as I have tried everything I can think of. This has happened modded and on unmodded fresh installs. When I uninstalled last, I deleted all ksp files and folders manually after as well.. new install has the same issue.
