Vernors not working

My vernor engines aren't working, even though I have RCS on, and have RCS controls mapped.

I'm playing 1.0.4, and have MechJeb2 and ModuleManager installed.

Do you have electricity and ox/fuel? Vernors do not use RCS fuel.

I have fuel and oxidizer, and I also have power.

EDIT:

I'm using an EAS-1 Command Seat, so I don't need electricity.

You may need a probe core. I've not tried Command seat only ships, so I forget the min req for function.

I've tried a probe core, and a command module. Both don't work. Normal RCS seems to work, though.

Can you show a picture of your vessel and/or upload the craft file? Are those the only mods you have installed or are there any others? Have you tried a very simple test of just a Mk1 Pod, an FL-T100 fuel tank and a vernor engine? Are the engines pointed in the right direction for the RCS key you are pressing?

2: I have a mod that embeds MechJeb2 on every command pod or probe core.

3: I've tried that, and it works.

4: I've pressed every key bound to RCS, and it still doesn't work.

I believe you need oxidizer as well. Verniers burn both LF and O, in the same ratio as a normal engine.
