So, I got on my lightly modded game, and tried to build a VTOL. It got off the ground, and I tried to get it to fly. However, none of the control surfaces moved, and it just crashed into the ground. This is happening on all my planes, no matter what I use. RCS and reaction wheels still work, it's just the ailerons and elevators that don't.

You'll probably need to post a list of your mods and some pics of your craft. I also suspect that you'll need to post in the modded support section, but I'll leave this here for now until there's more info for us to help better.
