Unable to set Roll Axis

Recommended Posts

Windows 10 64bit (build 10586)

KSP version 1.0.4 (build id = 00861 2015.06.23), Steam

Controllers tested:

XBox One controller (latest firmware)

XBox 360 controller

Sony DualShock 4

I also have a Sega Megadrive/Genesis 6-button pad connected via USB adapter, but can verify that having this dis/connected makes no difference.

Steps to replicate (on my system):

1) Go into Settings and try to set an axis for "roll"

Ideal behaviour: You get a dialog box asking to set the axis

Actual behaviour: Nothing happens. The screen "greys out" as though there were something stealing focus, but nothing is there. I can get out of the screen by pressing the Apply, Accept or Cancel buttons at the bottom. This only seems to happen on the Roll axis.

As far as I can tell, this only seems to affect Windows 10. At least, it didn't affect Windows 7 when I was running it nine months ago, at any rate, but a lot else has changed since then, and I can't test on Windows 7 any more.
