Hi, i bought this game on thursday and my god is it good! i have yet to have a successful landing on the mun but i\'ve had a few (well more than a few!) crashes onto it, jeb would be proud!

i really love the fan fiction section here, some of you are really talented!

If you want to land on the Mun, I recommend watching a tutorial. It beats using debris as a cushion!

And no, I will not give the history of the fan fiction forum.

Welcome to the KSP forums! My suggestion, while somewhat contradictory to Imandras\', is to just keep trying until you succeed. Heck, I bought the game several months ago, and I couldn\'t land a stock rocket on the Mun without Mechjeb until a few weeks ago. So while it might be faster to just copy a tutorial, you get a much better sense of accomplishment just through trial and error and having fun :)
