Probe Telemetry Lost (Resource Icon No-Clicky :( )

Does anyone know of a fix for this bug? It has happened to me twice now, and I have decided it is a generic unknown "telemetry failure" for game-purposes, but re-loading the game from an earlier point does not correct it.

Once it happened with a probe on a Dres fly-by trajectory, and now it has occurred with a probe about to conduct a Duna encounter burn. When I go to the probe (Fly) from the Tracking Station, I find that the Resources tab (Contracts/Funds/Achievements too) on the Vessel screen will neither trigger the resources panel nor provide mouse-over information. Additionally, on the Map screen the Information Icon & Crew (in this case though irrelevant obviously) is similarly affected.

Is there a solution for this glitch?

Hi GarrisonChisholm, next time this happens please grab the output_log.txt and upload it somewhere, dropbox or pastebin is fine.

The save would be useful too.
