Ships just disappearing

So all of a sudden every ship I send to orbit just vanishes.. had one disappear in mid-launch just now...

It says the ship does not exist in the log file... what is happening?

Savegames are freaking FUBAR... I quicksave several times along a mission to land on the mun... then revert using F9 and get something that was like 3-4 hours back with a completely different ship.

Well I can tell you that Throttle Control Avionics seems to be the mod that is deleting the ships. You might want to post this as a bug to the developers of the mod.
