Curse Client still not recognizing KSP???

Hello Everyone,

I just have a quick question. I have noticed that even after all this time when i open curse and click find supported games the Curse Client still does not recognize KSP as a supported game. Has anyone else ran into this or could it be a setting on my end? Also why does it seem that mod support is waning for the game... Are we switching platforms for MODS access or are mod devs just stopping the support?

I've noticed that the Curse thingy never really was accepted by the mod dev community. (Maybe as a necessary evil).

Nowadays, it's all about CKAN, which is pretty good.

Most here just wanted a "spaceport 2", but Squad got into bed with Curse, so whatever.

Yeah, I also see Curse recently changed the form of their URL.s for each mod...

I liked it the old way, with a unique number in the URL... I keep a spreadsheet of mods, with direct links, and it was nice to be able to trim the URLs, into the same length link for all the mods... Now you need to have the complete titel of the mod in the URL, so they get quite lengthy.

Also, there were a couple things I like about the info Curse displays, but overall, I use KerbalStuff as much as I can to download from, and only use Curse as a last resort.

As far as CKAN goes, I CERTAINLY hope that THAT doesnt become the "king" of KSP downloads...
