I've got a contract to build a base on the Mun through the new contract system. All parameters are met for the contract except the one that says: "Have a part on the vessel."

The base was sent up to the Mun in a KIS container and assembled, so sending more "parts" up or taking something off of the rover or rocket present isn't any big deal. ...but what "part" does the contract want? Because nothing has worked so far.

Might be a bug. I havent seen the base building contracts since 1.0.5 release, but i know in 1.0.4, the contract parameter syntax was a little screwy, and that usually in this case, that would mean something in the sub paragraph of that line counts as that part.

Ex:

"Have part on vessel

_____Part: solar panel"

"Have a part on the vessel" is the default text for this particular objective, and default text only shows if an exception occurred upon attempting to load the save. I can't comment on what might have caused the error, as it sounds like you're modded, and the log is probably long gone. What I can tell you that the contract will not be possible to complete without utilizing the debug menu.

Yep. If it won't complete itself, press ALT+F12, click on Contracts, and manually complete the contract that glitched out.
