Stuck in Recovery

I have updated to new 1.05 and just started a new game. I did a two stage airframe with parachute on my booster and chute on pod/nosecone. After launch I went to recovery and once I clicked recover on the second object, "debris" i am stuck in the world view with no options and saving and re-entering i'm still stuck in the recovery view. Any suggestions?
