Fresh 1.0.5 install not loading!

[COLOR=#000000][FONT=sans-serif]It's completely stock. I downloaded 1.0.5(Mac) from GOG, opened it up, started the game, but the game refuses to load. The loading screen shows up, but the bar doesn't move(the pictures do, however.) Deleting and redownloading doesn't work. Tried installing from Chrome and Safari, no luck on either. Any fixes? Hi NotSatan, I've not heard of this issue yet and I am unable to test the OSX version, there may be clues in the log though.

In your file browser you should be able to find the Player.log file in "Library/Logs/Unity/", if you can't find it try the KSP.log in the "GOG/Kerbal Space Program/" folder.

You can put the file on dropbox, or paste its contents on hastebin.com

Hmm. No Library/Logs/Utility folder exist, and a no logs in GOG/Kerbal Space Program. Interesting, but I'm very confused. Maybe it's because the game hasn't started up successfully yet, and hasn't made a log?

Yes if KSP can't start it won't write a KSP.log file in the games folder, and won't write the Player.log in the log library.

But as you saw the loading screen it did start, so it will write the log files unless the permissions on the computer prevent it.

I assume the GoG version of KSP has an installer which puts a shortcut in your menu, so permissions should be correct, [URL="http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/92228-Known-Issues-Self-Help"][U]see here for info on permissions.[/U][/URL]

Just to be clear, you do actually have a GOG/Kerbal Space Program folder? If you don't then you need to find where KSP is and look for the KSP.log there.

And you will have a "Library/Logs/" folder, as this is in use by more than just KSP, so please doublecheck it for a Squad or a unity3d folder.

Without the logs I'm afraid this may be something we can't help you with.

I found the KSP.log, but it was saved as a .txt for whatever reason in some random spot on my computer(the Downloads folder.) I converted it, though, and it worked! Thanks so much for all your help!
