Random Lag Spikes

I recently got a new computer, its pretty good.
but it cant run KSP like at all, its making me mad now.
It crashes all the time, lags, and its one of the main reasons I got out of modding.

my old computer could run it like 30 fps, no lag spikes.
not good, but decent, now it runs at still 30 fps, INSANE crashes, and white screens.

We will need more information from you to determine what is causing this, as crashes and white screens are not normal behavior.
