Can't target Duna, Sun or Kerbin

I've taken advantage of a launch window to send six probes to Duna and Ike. I have each of them set up for a course correction to bring it close to its target, except one. It's supposed to orbit Ike, but I can't get a correction for a good encounter because I can't select Duna as a target. I also can't select Kerbin or the sun as a target. The usual menu doesn't appear at all.

Should you be able to target the sun in KSP? I thought they removed that.
