WHY? I keep completing contracts and I haven't failed one. The only administration plan I have active converts funding to science. I was at 74% and am now down to 60%... Edited November 22, 2015 by Der Anfang

Are you declining contracts in order to fish for specific ones?

Declining contracts costs reputation now in any mode apart from Easy - there's a difficulty slider for it when starting a new save.
