Fastest Speed Challenge

[*]The challenge is to reach the fastest possible orbital speed relative to Kerbol.

RULES:

1.No f12 menu, config editing, physics exploits, or other methods of cheating.

2.Only mods allowed are information and beautification.

3.Submission must include screenshots of the vehicle in the VAB with weight and at it's highest speed relative to Kerbol.

LEADERBOARD RULES:

Score is highest speed relative to Kerbol with the following modifiers applied:

[*]Minus one point for every ton in the VAB.
[*]Minus one point for every fifty funds it costs.
[*]Multiplier of 0.3 if it uses ion engines.
[*]Multiplier of 2 if it uses neither nuclear or ion engines.
[*]Multiplier of 5 if it uses neither ion, nuclear, or bipropellant engines.

To start,

highest speed 74,097.7m/s - 32.2t - (37,820/50) x 2 should get me 146,618.2

Could have gone a little faster if probe survival isn't a requirement (as it is I lost the engine).
