Question about kerbals and modding

So I'm just wondering if any 1 has modified the Kerbals? I was thinking I hate how A kerbals head is so big. It feels like the head alone would barley fit in the smaller capsules. SO I was wondering if any 1 has modded the looks of the kerbals to have more proportioned heads and also the Space suits helmet?

I've only seen mods that replace the textures, the models haven't been changed by a mod AFAIK.
