Question about the dimensions of the Mk1-2 Command Pod

Hey Guys,

I'm building a model for a mod, and I need to put a hatch on it that is the same size as the one on the Mk1-2 Command Pod. Can anyone tell me what the exact size of that hatch is?

I'm also looking to find out the size of the standard exterior hatch.

Any information you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, the Mk1 lander pod's hatch is 0.667 high x 0.60775 wide. That one was easy to measure by importing into blender.

The Mk1-2 capsule isn't so easy, since the hatch is textured on. The grab-handles on the left/right sides of the hatch are roughly 0.5 or 0.6 apart.

Thanks. That should give me a good enough idea. I would've opened it up in Blender if I had to, but I'm still trying to figure Blender out (I do my modelling in Maya), so I figured I'd turn to the forums first and see if I could get it that way. Again, thanks.
