Lander explodes once I touch surface of the Mun. // I also think i found a new monolith by mistake

I always have bugs with my game for some reason

[B]My lander goes through the surface of the mun and then explodes once my root parts touches the surfac[/B]e. Tried 3 times same result. Any resolution? FYI my MK1 is modified for 4 kerbals. But Ive never had this issue on the dozen of other landings

On a bonus note, did I find another monolith by mistake? I used mechjeb and "land anywhere" and was pretty close but my lander exploded before I could explore. The monolith is just outside of [spoiler=REDACTED]this crater almost exactly on the equator.[/spoiler]

Exploding ships are no fun...(Or maybe they are?) Can you post a list of mods you are using? And does this problem persist if you restart KSP and load up that save again? (Log files might help too.)

Oh, and threw some spoiler tags on there just in case. :P

The logs state "x exploded" and " x kerbal was killed" I did a revert to launch, with repeat failure, and a game restart also with repeat failure.
The mods I use are Mechjeb and WASD editor camera

I will retry again and screen shot the log


Also, the rapid unplanned disassembly happens even at .5 m/s at touchdown
