Code blocks don't have scrollbars anymore

I use "code" blocks in forum posts all the time for version histories and the like. If you look at SpaceY as an example, the revision history is quite long. The old forum would put in scrollbars to make the length manageable in the post, but also to scroll left/right. IMHO, I don't think word-wrapping is better. Code examples (and other pre-formatted plaintext) shouldn't have wrapping.

Because speaking of the code blocks, C# syntax highlighting would be nice. That's super low priority though, because the existing C style should do a fine job for most things.
