Code blocks don't have scrollbars anymore

I use "code" blocks in forum posts all the time for version histories and the like. If you look at SpaceY as an example, the revision history is quite long. The old forum would put in scrollbars to make the length manageable in the post, but also to scroll left/right. IMHO, I don't think word-wrapping is better. Code examples (and other pre-formatted plaintext) shouldn't have wrapping.

This is impacting all of my release threads as well; would love to get vertical scrollbars back on code blocks.

Is there literally a list of non-critical improvements that I can add to?

Because speaking of the code blocks, C# syntax highlighting would be nice. That's super low priority though, because the existing C style should do a fine job for most things.
