Bug craft desapearing (not in flight, or atmosphere crash)

Hi guys i just installed Kerbal alarm, so i sent 3 ship, 1 to jool, 1 to moho and 1 to duna. jool and moho ship had their manœuvre done With an encounter s couple years later so i did the duna mission and i went to the space center and the exact same thing happened for both. I clicked on "fly" engineer was showing null values and all i could see was stars, the nav Ball was also showing stars from the back ground. I clicked on space center in the escape menu and stars was all over the space center too si i had to close the gane and when i went back to the gane that ship was Gone.... Repeat the story for the next vessel. 

 

Sorry for my english i hope you understand. I could make a video of you want to see. I use planet Shine, kis, kas and engineer redux and Kerbal alarm.

Sounds like an exception, can you provide a log?

(my girl friend said i found a Worm hole, but i Think it doesnt solve the problem :p)

I have had this problem before. One of my boats mysteriously vanished, leaving no trace of anyone aboard. I've started calling it the silent kraken, but I haven't been able to check it. If you are willing to cheat a bit, you can bring the lost kerbals back, but the ships are gone. You'll need to retry the missions for that. I have not been able to find out what happened, but this is definitely a problem.

Also, I for some reason feel like quoting Dave Bowman on this:

"Oh my god! It's full of stars!"
