Clouds cover only half the planet

What could cause this?

I'm using a lot of mods (about 40).  EVE with Astronomers Interstellar pack could be probably involved.  I've tried re-downloading and reinstalling the textures.  Hopefully someone has seen the same symptom, but the forum search seems to be broken.  If I exit and reload it sometimes looks correct again.  Notice on the hemisphere without clouds, there are cloud shadows!  I'm hoping someone knows what causes this before I have to dig into it.

Just to complicate things I'm using Linux 64-bit.

I've noticed that if I enter map mode, orient the camera, then exit map mode the clouds textures are on the hemisphere facing where the camera was when I was in map mode.

Any ideas which mods thread I should report it on?  I would guess EVE or TextureReplacer?

Did you figure this out? I'm running SVE / EVE and getting same bug.

No, I also posted in the Environmental Visual Enhancements thread along with a few other people with the same issue - the author doesn't acknowledge these posts, despite being very active on the forum. One person posted a video and a couple of us posted logs and screenshots, no response at all.

Perhaps we were posting on the wrong thread.

It only happens above 140km. I had the same bug when using SVE. 

However I have not experienced the bug with Proot's KSPRC.

I experienced this bug, swithing between map mode and game works sometimes.
