How To Get this Camera Angle?

I saw this theatrical video of KSP on youtube and in the video right at 6:05 in, he is re entering and somehow gets a fly by camera angle of the capsule. I know the sounds in this video like the sonic boom are edited in, but I can't help but wonder how this camera angle was captured. Maybe a mod? It would be so cool to be able to do fly by angles.

I'd say these two are a good start.

There might be other similar mods out there, but these should be fine for what you want to do.
