This is really DUMB but, how do you actually launch using MechJeb's ascent assist

I want to use MechJeb's ascent assist and have filled out the form. But when I press Space Bar nothing happens. I can't find a button or anything else in the Ascent Assist menu to let me launch. What do I need to do?

You DO have "Engage Autopilot" checked?

Throttle is set to max?

Is the staging showing correctly on the left? (Sometimes coming out of the VAB, the staging re-organizes itself)

I dont mean to sound like a jerk, but this IS obviuosly a question from a new MJ user, and you didnt give much detail...

Ah hell, you're right: I did NOT have "Engage Autopilot" checked. When I engaged him, the space bar worked. So sorry. DUH.

BTW you don't sound like a jerk at all; it's me that;'s the jerk. I just got "Ascent Guidance" yesterday, so thanks for putting up with me.
