Parachutes and fuel tanks slowly take off without command pod

I don't even have to launch. They automatically just slowly lift away and leave my command pod floating. I have never had this issue before. I'm running 64bit Workaround with quite a few mods. anybody else had an issue like this?

I know my chute is on the same stage as an engine but no matter how I have the staging it does the same thing. 

Also if I attempt to EVA it says "bailout!" In the crew window and everything 'splodes
