Pretty cool. I see it's just lifting on repulsorlifts. It'd be great to see it flying on the main engines. Did they fit a hyperdrive on it yet?

Not sure about the Hyperdrive but I do know Jet Engines for RC Craft are available for a pretty hefty price!!

Would it actually be possible to make a plane with a wing arrangement like the X-wing? Basically a biplane, but the wings are at an angle. Would it be stable?

Why not? The wings are not terribly close together, so they do not seem to interfere a lot. Anhedral wings tend to be more manoeuvrable but unstable, while dihedral wings are more stable, but less agile. Combined they might very well balance each other out a bit, though I imagine there might be some suboptimal side effects.

I expect that the weird centre of lift combined with the centre of mass and the lack of any tail surface will mess things up considerably more that the wing as such.
