Game not starting up, used to work fine, strange.

for some reason , ksp just stoped starting up for absolutely no reason. .dll files that used to work absolutely fine just stopped working, giving errors in the ksp.log . there was even a mod i dont remember, at all, adding in, and it had a .dll that stopped the game from loading up. now i fixed what appeared to be everything in the ksp.log file, but it still just doesent work. any help?  here is ksp.log : https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=3315713F440A6017!297&authkey=!ALELOB0Osvv4NWY&ithint=file%2clog

Fire it up in shell (xterm or what passes for it in ubuntu) and see what it says. This is path to steam binary:

If there is nothing interesting, remove all mods and try that. If it helps, you just add mods one by one or bisect until you see where it breaks. If removing mods wont help, I'd start with fsck and then have steam delete and redownload game files. And back up your saves before you start tinkering with it.

running it in xterm says Aborted(core dumped)

i think i fixed it, reinstalling KSP , and placing in all the mods again seemed to fix it. although, it may have something to do with me commonly loading the game while its unfocused

Running unfocused is perfectly fine, aborting is not. Seems like corrupted installation.
