Aileron help

Afternoon everyone, 

I'm having massive problems with control surfaces when building space planes, despite assigning a control surface to 'roll' only when i go to fly the aircraft they literally do nothing. The elevators function correctly as does the rudder but absolutely no signs of life with ailerons. Can anyone help?

They really should be working JuanBoNo5, unless your craft is corrupt somehow or your controls aren't set up correctly.

If you make another craft the same do you have the same issue?

Do you use a joystick or the WASD keys. Try checking your key board assignments as well, you may have accidentally disabled them

Do you use mods, sometimes that does stuff...

My money would be on a key/control assignment issue as well. Have you tested if the ailerons react properly while you're still on the runway, before take off?

Or maybe a confusion: A/D is for yaw control (swing nose left/right), Q/E is for roll (dip the left/right wing down).

Sorry for the late response and also for the great help from you guys its very much appreciated, I couldn't get to the bottom of it in the end so an uninstall and reinstall solved the problem at least but very strange it occurred.
