What missions can the Falcon 9 latest version do regarding manned flights & habitat LEO missions

Can the Falcon 9 latest version launch a BA330 Space module in LEO?

And launch the Dragon v2 and insert the Dragon v2 in LEO?And also reuse the first stage as will?

BA330 is estimated to be 20 tonnes, can F9 do that? Idk it's payload. Last I checked it was 13 tonnes.

It can launch the Dragon v2 when that capsule is ready. As far as Bigelow stuff goes, well if it fits in the payload size and mass limits it can, otherwise it can't.

Bigelow has created a full-scale model and plans to create two real versions by 2017.

Short answer: No. BA-330 is too big.
