So far I have the following

 

new resource, Konsumables, basicaly everything Not vital to life support... Like supplies food and or snax.....and Packaging, because how else can we tell konsumers exactly what they are not getting?....oh and something else.......,

 

new science, konsumer marKet research! New ... Improved ... science labs......depending on your point of view, and market research pods to collect the raw data. Kontains survey forms and a Modest supply of sample Konsumables ( not intended for distribution to Kerbals, that's what you have astronauts for, right?)

 

  The Konsumabless in a kan version....

Simply add a Konsumabless kontainer, konsumeables lab or konsumer reseach pod to your ship, and your kerbals will happily start consuming....you have been warned...

 

a bit more Detail? Sure!

your kerbals will cheerfully unpackage at least one konsumable every day, producing in the process .4 units  of trash, .3 units of recyclables .2 units of waste water, and .1units of composte..... And one unit of happy kerbal! And we all want happy kerbals!

But you want to also produce Konsumabless? Why certainly!

just install one or more of our patented Konsumable Kreation Micro factory's at a work sight of your choosing, feed in he apropreate raw materials and packaging and boom! Freshly packaged Konsumabless for your consumption!

The 1-1 unit for example takes one unit of suplies, one unit of water, one unit of packaging, and one unit of electricity to produce 2 units of Konsumabless, .....and other biproducts... Larger units produce more, resulting in imploding both efficiency and the range of delightfull and available Konsumables!

Other products include ....

A small pod loaded with  a selection of Konsumables, just right for product testing, almond with survey forms to collect consumer science!

konsumer reseach labs in 4 sizes! The smallest is a 1x4 1 Kerbal pod that while slimmer than the stock pod, weighs just as much as the stock lab, not counting Konsumables and any biproducts....only holds 1  kerbal (total)  and 200 data,  the next size up is basicaly an upgraded Konsumer pod, but with more konsumable storage, the 3x 4 unit holds 3 kerbals, 2000 data, and Konsumables.....and the large 4x4 for some reason has a research centrafuge so powerful they they added a built in SAS unit to compensate for it.....

one I'd the problems I have run into is the modified 1x4 science lab is aparently not as hard to deal with as planed..for one thing... I can't keep the kerbal locked inside while its in operation since its suposedly so cramned with actual lab stuff and the konsunabledle there's not actualy room for the scientists in there spacesuit....

Currently just the generation 1 modules, that currently just use recycled stock modules until I can get custom modules

Techtree

(Enginering 101) Konsumer Research Pod, Basically it creates a new  Report(Konsumer Surveys) while holding 25 units of Konsumables and  Storage space for any trash

(Survivability) Vendtronic 100 (holds 100 units of Konsumables and the resulting trash.

(Enhanced Survivabilty Gedunk Bar Holds one Kerbal, ,100 units each of Power, Suplies, Water and Packaging a basic builtin Trash Compactor and water purifier(and storage for resulting waste biproducts, Basic 1-1 "Factory",  Converts 4 units of waste into 1 unit of Garbage .... which will be useful later...and .1 unit of Waste water. Waste water treatment will convert 10 units of wastewater(+ power) into 1 unit of trash 1 unit of composte and 8 units of Water.

K(Simple Comand Modules) Consumer Research lab (a very cut down and cramped micro lab(Weighs and costs More than as a full sized science lab, holds 1 scientist (Bairly) also stores 25 units of Konsumables, 100 units of data, and has ability to generate a "Study Kerbal Waste" report.(Needs Konsumable and waste, generating the report triggers the consumption and waste)

Current known bugs

Crew consuming, producing wrong amounts than expected.(apart from Trash and Konsumables the mod uses Existing common resources, the problem is Konsumable consumption(may be a time related issue) and producing waaaay too much Compost (as in more than can actualy fit in the fatest Kerbal that ever has or will live per hour)

Crew "paying" more than expected for Komumables. may be dificulty setting related?(yes you get payed in game currency for selling..ahem.. Konsumables to Kerbals thus generating Kommisions for sales.....

(Compatability issue) Frozen Kerbals with Deep freez Counts frozen kerbals as Consuming Konsumables... Sorry will see if I can fix that later.

 

To do list before first release of current version(Besides fixing the above bugs) Prevent Science lab resetting the snack generator resulting in the generation of Kommissons for "Selling" Konsumables(may strip this function) and get Gedunk bar working. (also add Kontainers for Konsumables)

 

Future plans, More advanced Factorys and eaterys, and Kompactor and Waste treatment facilitys (Gedunk bar, MkSupersize, Mini Diner and and fine dining have built in Kompactor and water treatment.,  while Consumable Factorys have more advanced Production. . . but no waste treatment included

 

Kontracts for Garbage removal and or relocation....(seriously you can make money coming or going!)

 

and later tech tree Garbage Cannons er Garbage drives......

 

ok maybee eventualy a Garbage cannon......
