RSS/RO/RP-0 stuck on loading

I recently bought a new PC and had to reinstall my ksp and my mods.

On my old PC it worked fine but now that I reinstalled it on my new PC it's stuck loading.

My KSP version is 1.0.5 build 1028.

The part where it seems to go wrong is this

Before, on my old PC, my ksp had been stuck on 'FASAApollo.SM.Engine' before. But I have forgotten how I fixed it. I don't think it has to do with FASA, because if I uninstall FASA it gets stuck on a Mechjeb part and if I uninstall that it gets stuck on a ProceduralParts part.
