How do I recover a vessle that I can't see from the space center?

I splashed down my suborbital crew vehicle just beyond the horizon of the space center, and I don't know how to recover it when I can't see it. Help?

Go to the tracking station, a list of tracked objects is on the left and the small icons at the top are the filters.

 Hi, and welcome,

If you can make it the activated vessel hover the mouse over the altimeter at the top, and a 'recover' tab will appear, click on this and all will be well.

If you can't see the little pin icon from the space center aerial view (where you see all the buildings) click on the tracking center (the one with the radar dishes) and it will show on the globe and the list on the left hand side.  Highlight it and click on the recover icon at the bottom of the list column.

I agree with the other two posters, you should be able to recover it in the Tracking Center.
