Find It For Me: Light Luminosity Mod?

I'm fairly certain I stumbled across someone developing (or releasing) a mod that was going to increase the luminosity of lights applied to vessels so they would be more visible at greater distances.

 

The only thing I remember of note is a comparison image of the runway as seen from some distance, showing nothing really visible before the mod and a very visible aircraft (red/green points of light) on the runway after the mod.

 

Any pointers appreciated.  Thanks.

just do a Google for like " kerbal surface nav lights " and it should come up....
