VTVL "Munar Lander" Challenge (Stock)

Recommended Posts

The premise of this challenge is simple-  Launch, land, return. In the spirit of the Northrop Grumman Lunar Lander Challenge, the goal here is to make a small and compact rocket that can land 100 meters away on a target (anything placed on the launch pad can work.)
Points are awarded based on accuracy, distance, size, and compactness.
Any forms of propulsion are allowed, though I think a nuclear powered entry may be difficult with stock parts.
I will be adding my own entry as a proof of concept soon.

Have fun and good luck!

RULES:

  1. Must be unkerballed.
  2. Must reach altitude of at least 100m.
  3. Must have an antenna (avionics hub counts.)
  4. Cannot be (much) larger than a FL-T400 (avoid 2.5m parts.)
  5. Cannot weigh more than 5 tons.
  6. Informational mods are allowed, as is using mods to move your rocket closer to the target.
  7. Must have something at the launchpad to serve as a target.
  8. Stock parts only, no tweak scale.
