Mr. Me
Say you\'re about to go to the Mun and you need to make a forum topic about your mission. If you did that without Sticky Keys you would have to start KSP up again and get to your rocket on the pad in the time you could be on your way to the Mun. Luigibro606
You can\'t alt-tab without KSP crashing? That\'s probably a bug. I\'d report that on Support.
Mr. Me
You press the Shift key 5 times. Oh, you also have to press cancel.
Koschei
Use the Windows button? That brings you back to desktop? Between Control and Alt? Always worked for me.
Mr. Me
What Windows version? I have XP. ???
Millst0ne MK II
On your keyboard. (little button with windows symbol) Alt+tab keys help too....You\'ve been posting a lot lately sir, and I believe many of your topics are about fairly obvious tricks/tips.I don\'t mean to put you down, but most of the people here have at least a basic knowledge of PC\'s, and using the 'sticky keys' shortcut isn\'t something most of us do for shrinking or 'minimizing' a game. Like I said, Alt Tab works fine for me, and so does the windows key.
BlackBicycle
Personally I alt-tab without a single glitch (so far)
A Fat Pokemon
I just minimize KSP lol. Im assuming your playing fullscreen, thats why, but you can also easily press the windows button.
UmbralRaptor
Those of you who are on Windows boxes and want to minimize KSP (fullscreen or windowed) probably want to hit win+d.
Markus Reese
I fullscreen and alt tab all the time, but I am Win 7. Not sure why would be a problem with win xp.
Ted
Those of you who are on Windows boxes and want to minimize KSP (fullscreen or windowed) probably want to hit win+d. If you want to look like a cool guy/stress your CPU out if it\'s an older computer, you can also do Win+Tab. (Requires AeroBloat to be enabled. )
leopardenthusiast
...alternately, you can just launch via steam and use the Steam in-game browser. much easier.
samstarman5
I find it easy enough and less memory-stressful to just work in windowed mode. There\'s been a few times when I would run a video in the background and play some KSP. Alt-Enter does the trick.
HOC
I used to use the steam browser, and I\'d agree it is perfect for this. Also, the windows key works fine for me- I use it all the time.
