Here are some of Harv (the Shadow) and Moach's original blueprints for Kerbals (and rockets) posted in this thread. Now that you have the necessary specifications you can build your own Kerbal, please be sure to share your creations on the forum I agree it would be great to see Harv and Moach's original tinfoil crew designs though.

Has anyone noticed the names of the Kermans? Besides Kurt i have't seen any of the other  names ingame maybe the dev team should have them as an homage to the original original Kermans?
