One final note as well, I do believe we need to be more cautious as a whole.  It is truly the actions of the people which cause infection, not the OS, or antivirus.  We live in an age where we'll download anything from the internet.  That is a really bad thing to do.  If you don't go around torrenting, or go onto bad sites, you'll be fine.  Malware wouldn't be such a problem these days if it wasn't trying to get at your money.  If it was how it was in the 90's, you'd only have a few discovered every month.

Mac can run Linux Apps Easily due to both being Unix (Windows cant do that hahaha)
