How did you come to get your screen name?

Simple, my old Air Force call sign, the 2021 was a number I pulled out of nowhere when I registered for AOL and there were a ton of DDay's.

I got my screen name from a minecraft skin app by merging two skins, Sonic and Commander Steve which then came into a series and then became my minecraft name and now my alias.

Growler117... The 117 came from John-117, the Masterchief from Halo CE which was the first computer game I played, Growler came from Boeing's EA-18, badass plane and badaass name.

My first name, and the first three numbers that came to my mind after seeing the "username already taken" screen. Interestingly, they're in the correct order, and I noticed that a long time after taking it.

When I first ran across this forum, I had recently started up my first-ever Kerbal Space Program career mode game. I named it "The Galactic Empire" and used the Imperial insignia as my flag. So of course I had to go with a Star Wars name for this forum.

In retrospect, instead of Wedge Antilles, I should have gone with General Veers.

I had a few other names but this one was found by friend, they somehow wanted to find me a name. The good point of it is 3/4 of the people can't say it properly so they come up with somerthing else.
